He was the kind of person that you only hear about in old movies and Westerns.
His word was his bond.
He had no real help. His life was self made and it was hard.
He never wanted recognition for his service. He barely would speak of it until near the end. For all the forgotten conflicts and/or wars it would mean a lot to me if you would read this post and send it to everyone you can to read. Lets keep veterans like my lost father in our memory forever. I urge you to get as many follows. I would love to make big enough of a splash to get this put in the paper as an example of how great Americans fight, die, and support our military heroes.
