We all at different points in our life will go through periods of times where we feel tired, nothing is interesting, and everything is just ughhh. Often during these times, it can be hard to motivate ourselves to do more than go through the motions of regular life. Sometimes even that can seem be too much.

Often during these times, it feels like there is nothing to look forward to. Sometimes we have no idea why we are in the dumps. This can be upsetting and baffling. Let me reassure you everyone goes through these funks from time to time. Other times the reason is clear. If you cannot figure out what is wrong it can help to talk with somebody or journal. Often times getting a third person perspective can help to bring some clarity to the situation.

Embrace it
